[REVIEW]: Steadfast by Sarina Bowen

Steadfast (True North, #2)Steadfast by Sarina Bowen

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I’m a sucker for second chances and Jude’s story of overcoming his past addiction and mistakes is nothing short of inspiring.

The fact the he’s remorseful and trying to make amends, despite struggles with prejudice and his own low self esteem and insecurities, make his transformational journey all the more believable and uplifting. I felt vindicated when Jude finally caught his break in the end.

Sophie’s unwavering belief in him and ability to see the good side of Jude made their romance all the more sweeter. The Shipleys added to the mushy small town warmth with their support for Jude.

Very satisfying and heartwarming read.
